We will be serving locally sourced quality ingredients first. I want to only serve you the highest quality ingredients that are as "close to the vine" as possible.
I support local farmers and Michigan based producers first. Some ingredients come from "afar" simply because they aren't available and I haven't found any Michigan lemon groves yet.
